1. How do I find my size?

The correct size can differ from one product to another, which is why every product page carries a clear size guide that matches that specific item. We therefore always advise you to follow that size guide. If you still cannot work it out, or if you have further questions, you can always reach our customer service through our contact form

2. What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee; all further conditions and information can be found on this page.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail containing the track & trace you can follow. In addition, you can also enter your order number and e-mail address on our tracking page to check the status of your order.

4. To which countries do you ship and what are the shipping costs?

We ship within the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and we cover the shipping costs on orders above $60.

5. How do I find my order number?

Right after placing your order you will see the order overview (including your order number) and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order number is stated on that order confirmation as well. If you have lost your order number, you can always get in touch with our customer service.

6. Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

You can pay safely with the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay. 

7. Who is the seller of the products?

The products are sold by Youxi Perfect International Trading Co Ltd. From the moment the customer places the order, Youxi Perfect International Trading Co Ltd is fully responsible for making sure the customer receives the order in good order. Ecom Fortuna Limited receives and/or collects the payments arising from my business operations. This is due to international restrictions regarding revenue collection and/or working with various payment providers.
